Secretary-General of ECA (Enterprise-Grade Cloud Alliance), Mr. Patrck Shi was one of the earliest to engage in cloud computing and big data in China. He has 15 years of experience in management and building new businesses. As the co-founder of Opzoon, he was R&D General Manager, Strategic Product Center General Manager and also the Dean of the Research Institute. He founded NeuCloud in September 2013. This company is committed to providing enterprise cloud services. Mr. Shi graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and obtained his PhD in 2003.
